Cesk Freixas guanya el PREMI ENDERROCK 2010 al millor artista de canço d'autor per votació popular.
Altres grups i artistes com Els Amics de les Arts, que va ser el gran guanyador de la nit, Quimi Portet o Anna Roig i L’ombra de Ton Chein, entre altres, també van anar desfilant per l'escenari de Bikini.
Cesk Freixas acaba de publicar el primer videoclip del seu últim disc “La mà dels qui t’esperen”: un pla seqüència farcit de colors i protagonitzat per l’actor Josep Puig. La cançó triada ha estat la rumba “La petita rambla del Poble Sec”.
El grup no es cansa de repetir que és gràcies a la gent que les cançons existeixen i que sense el seu suport no podrien seguir treballant amb tanta il·lusió com han fet fins ara.
Aquesta és la segona vegada que Cesk Freixas guanya aquest premi, la primera va ser l'any 2008, si díficil és guanyar-lo, més ho és repetir-lo.
