Ja ha sortit al mercat la prestigiosa Guía Peñin 2009, un referent sobre els vins catalans i espanyols, a nivell nacional i internacional.
Enguany, destaca Celler Pardas, amb dos vins negres entre els 6 millors del Penedès, Aspriu 2005 amb 93 punts i Negre Franc 2005 amb 94 punts. La mateixa Guia Peñin, ja va incloure a Celler Pardas, en la seva llista de nous valors del vi 2007.
Aquesta celler familiar i jove, realitza una enologia poc intervencionista i amb poc treball tecnològic, respectant al màxim la matèria prima i aconseguint uns vins singulars i de marcat caràcter. Enhorabona pels premis !!!!
